1. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of these products, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, credits, or transfers will be granted for any reason.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you knowingly waive any right to request a refund except where prohibited by applicable law.

2. Educational Purposes Only

All products, assessments, guides, worksheets, templates, videos, downloads, and educational materials provided by After the Fog Recovery™ are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

These resources are designed to support practical recovery, self-reflection, and everyday decision-making following narcissistic family dynamics.

a fiduciary relationship
or any other professional relationship.

This applies to purchases, email communication, customer support, social media interactions, comments, direct messages, webinars, newsletters, and all other communications related to these products.

use these materials within coaching, counseling, therapy, educational, or commercial settings without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Age Requirement

These products are intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State in which Carol Vanessa Coaching LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

Carol Vanessa Coaching LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the products constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
